Description
The chickens on the Schuh family's farm in Gschaidt really want for nothing. On the extensive meadows, they enjoy the fresh air, pluck green grasses and are provided with the best feed. The tasty free-range eggs with their golden-yellow yolks are proof of this. Mmmh, and how good they taste!
The eggs are also used to make handmade egg liqueur - light and airy with a delicate vanilla note.
The eggs can be bought in the Billa & Billa-Plus markets in the region, the egg liqueur is available at the farmers' market in Bad Schönau and in the kost.bar.
Of course, both are available 24 hours a day from the farm.
At Easter there are beautifully colored Easter eggs with a butter-soft yolk core.
