About the farm
The family-run farm with wine taverns near Wiener Neustadt is dedicated to the careful cultivation of arable land, grassland and orchards. One of the family's passions is suckler cow husbandry, with which old cattle breeds are preserved. Fleckvieh, Pustertaler Sprinzen, Waldviertler Blondvieh and other breeds live on the farm with plenty of freedom of movement. The family's pigs also feel at home: with plenty of exercise, fresh straw, time and space to romp around or laze in the sun, the animals stay healthy and produce high-quality meat.
The Böhm family's wine taverns
In the wine tavern's cozy parlors, with tiled stove and rustic furnishings, not only classic dishes such as Brettljause and Kümmelbraten are served. The menu is complemented by a seasonal selection of vegetarian dishes and specialties such as burgers, ribs or schnitzel variations. . The "Schmankerlheurigen" are particularly varied: On these dates in the Heurigen calendar, dishes with different themes are offered - such as Cider, dumplings, schnitzel or bowls and burgers. Cider, wine and fruit juices from the restaurant complement the culinary offerings.
Wine and cider
A small selection of selected grape varieties thrive on clay-limestone soil. The south-facing slopes and mild climate of the Thermengemeinden ensure that the grapes ripen fully and produce the typical taste of Grüne Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Zweigelt and Pinot Noir.
A fresh sip of nature can also be found in Bucklige Welt apple cider. Only juicy, sun-ripened and hand-picked apples find their way into the bottles. Typical regional varieties are nurtured and cared for with great love for the cider pressing tradition.
Farm shop
Hearty meat and sausage products, farmhouse bread, fruit juices, cider, wine and selected products from regional partner businesses can be purchased in the farm store - individually, as a snack platter or as a gift basket.
Carriage rides
