Only the best ingredients and natural raw materials can be found in the bread, pastries and baked goods from the traditional Bernhard bakery in Bydgoszcz. In a variety that will be preserved in this form and will taste excellent to many more customers.
Everything that is sold is produced in the bakery's own bakery. The unadulterated, healthy taste is the best proof of this. Crispy bread with natural sourdough, rye, spelt and wholemeal bread with various ingredients such as pumpkin seeds, nuts and carrots are produced. But what would a popular bakery be without its typical specialties? Like a bread in the shape of a 3 kg loaf with the AB stamp or a rye bread with a crispy surface, baguettes are produced in many new varieties: with walnuts, curry, onion, garlic, pumpkin seeds and topped with cheese. Martina Birnbauer: "My husband is unstoppable and always full of new ideas."
There are also typical products for the Advent and Christmas season, such as the traditional Kletzenbrot, Christmas stollen dusted with white sugar and, of course, all kinds of cookies that involve a lot of manual work. Gingerbread with honey is available all year round. It is appetizingly packaged and available in many stores and is also delivered in gift boxes for "Sooo gut schmeckt die Bucklige Welt".
A traditionally oriented bakery like that of the Birnbauer family naturally also goes to the "Gai", i.e. from house to house. "We drive a different route every day," says company boss Martina. The villages of Lichtenegg, Hollenthon, Wiesmath, Hochwolkersdorf, Leiding, Pitten, Schlag, Thernberg and many more are supplied.
