What we stand for

It is particularly important to us that we source our ingredients as locally as possible. We don't use ready-made mixes, preservatives or preservatives, but make all our products naturally with natural ingredients and you can taste it.

Secret "bread protocol" of enjoyment after a one-year test phase: slowly stirred for 44 hours and matured for 24 hours at 5°C and optimum humidity. This process gives our Lava bread its long freshness, full flavor and crispy, aromatic crust.
