Description
Around the Bernsteiner organic farm, cattle, pigs and sika deer graze on lush meadows. The mother cows and calves of Aberdeen Angus and Galloway cattle enjoy an almost untouched natural environment. On the organic farm, the pigs are allowed to live out their natural habits in the open air and you can also find farm-raised sika deer on Thomas Bernsteiner's farm. Slaughtering takes place stress-free on the farm, and the meat and homemade specialties made from it are available in the newly built farm store alongside a wide range of other regional products.
