dahoam

Description

Dahoam is not just a place, but above all a feeling and a restaurant in Hollenthon.

In a cozy atmosphere, the focus is on conviviality and hospitality. It is a meeting place for all age groups with a classic bar, small dishes with a focus on regional products, coffee and cake and a rustic courtyard.
Regular events are held at the weekends. The restaurant is also available for celebrations (up to 32 people) with various catering options.

Regional food and drinks

The ingredients are sourced as regionally as possible - dahoam cooperates with great family businesses from the region, such as Biohof Kleinrath from Schlatten for sausage and meat products, Hofkäserei Waldherr from Lichtenegg for cheese, farmhouse bread from bakers and organic eggs, also from the region, as well as Mandi's pumpkin seed oil from Manfred Oberger from Schwarzenbach. Sweets are homemade or in cooperation with Birgit Handler from "meine süße Werkstatt" in Thomasberg.

In addition to the classic draught beverages, which are sourced from the Fellner drinks trade in Wiesmath, the dahaom team also produces some of its own. The drinks list includes homemade apple juice, elderberry, lavender, rose and strawberry syrup, which are processed into delicious non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. In terms of alcoholic - mixed with a great Frizzante from our winegrowing family from Donnerskirchen, refreshing drinks such as Rosenkavalier, Holler Lisl, Erdbeermadl and Lavendel-Frizz are created.

As far as the wine is concerned, including the aforementioned Frizzante, a great cooperation has been established with a winegrowing family from Donnerskirchen. Here, too, the criteria of family business and quality were paramount in the selection process. The Reichardt winegrowing family fulfills both criteria with their quality wines from the Leithaberg DAC region in Burgenland, and so their great products are now also available at dahoam in der Bucklige Welt.
