In the middle of the rolling hills of Wechselland, in Feistritz am Wechsel, lies the family business of the List family. They have been passionately farming here for six generations. Since 2010, the farm has been entirely dedicated to keeping chickens: species-appropriate floor rearing, plenty of free-range and healthy animals are a matter of course here.
The fresh eggs are turned into delicious pasta in the farm's own pasta workshop - without additives, using the farm's own eggs and regional semolina. Whether ribbon noodles, spirals, spaghetti or soup noodles: each variety is made with care and love.
In addition to pasta and eggs, there is also honey, jams and other farm-produced delicacies. The products are available directly from the farm store, at regional farmers' markets and conveniently via the online store - with home delivery.
