Imkerei Piribauer

Hubert Piribauer discovered his passion for bees at a young age. In the Bucklige Welt, he finds ideal locations for his bee colonies, which the trained master beekeeper carefully selects far away from main traffic routes.

The diverse landscape of the region is reflected in the honey jar: the fine, golden yellow blossom honey is created in spring from the nectar, pollen and honeydew available in the orchards and the flowering dandelions. The aromatic, dark forest honey has its origins in the abundant mixed forests.

A particular specialty of the Piribauer apiary is the creamed honey with blueberries: The blueberries give the fruity note and the strong color, the honey the fine sweetness.
