Description
Regional & seasonal vegetable boxes based on the principle of community-supported agriculture
At 740 meters above sea level, the innovative market gardeners from Zöbern grow up to 90 different crops. These include well-known vegetables and exciting rarities as well as water and sugar melons, artichokes, puntarelle, khaki, Indian bananas and pomegranates. Their knowledge of soil health and fertility is enormous. They also deal intensively with mixed crops, crop rotation, mulching, flower meadows and green strips that encourage beneficial insects, as well as the interaction between shrubs, fruit trees and vegetables. There are also aspects of permaculture. The environment is perfect for vegetables that are delivered fresh, crisp and healthy from spring to December as BucklKistl or individually arranged within a radius of 30 kilometers.
