Krippenausstellung Scheiblingkirchen-Edelsee

Around 60 different, lovingly home-made nativity scenes from the"Krippenrunde Scheiblingkirchen-Edelsee" association are exhibited in the Reisenbauer restaurant in Scheiblingkirchen-Thernberg and can be viewed all year round by appointment. Guided tours are also possible: you can experience first-hand the passion behind the work and be infected by the enthusiasm.
Every year on the 2nd weekend of Advent, there is also a Christmas exhibition with the consecration of the cribs.

The association was founded in 2010 with a vision: "Every member can design nativity scenes according to their own personal ideas and wishes and build them in the nativity scene workshop. The association members help each other and accompany the "crib builder" in the construction of his crib."

With the help of certified master crib builders who have completed 4 years of training, a wide variety of cribs are made:

• domestic and oriental
• Snow and style cribs
• picture and box cribs
• Root and lantern cribs
• Passion cribs (also Easter cribs)

In order to guarantee the best quality, courses on the latest techniques are also organized every year (painting, dressing the figures, botany, XPS, etc.).

Excursion destinations are also easy to reach by public transport: Scheiblingkirchen-Warth train station is only a 5-minute walk away.
