A cycling quality seal is awarded to establishments that have adapted to the special needs of cycling guests, such as a lockable bicycle garage, simple repair aids or, if possible, luggage transport. This allows the cyclist to concentrate fully on why they have come here: to explore Austria’s “Bucklige Welt” with its breathtaking views on two wheels.

Bett+Bike – establishments along the EuroVelo 9

The section from Wr. Neustadt to Mönichkirchen is 55 km long– a route heading right through the 1000 hills of Austria’s “Bucklige Welt”. For once, however, the cycle path leads on the plain, along the foot of the Buckln. Two Bett+Bike-certified establishments are located directly on EuroVelo 9: the Grandhotel Niederösterreichischer Hof and the Gasthof Pichler.

Vienna Alps Cycling Host

Away from EuroVelo 9, but also on a host of other great cycling routes, you will find the Vienna Alps cycling guesthouses. Three specialised establishments are located along the family-friendly Zöbernbach cycle path, the 400-km e-bike route network and varied mountain bike tours.
