A suggestion for an e-bike route through the Bucklige Welt. Start in Bad Schönau via Lichtenegg, Bromberg, and Pitten to Bad Erlach; return via Walpersbach, Hochwolkersdorf, Wiesmath, Hollenthon, and Kirchschlag to Bad Schönau. Description
The Bucklige Welt is the e-bike region in the Vienna Alps. A continuous e-bike network extends throughout the entire region and offers guests the opportunity to rent e-bikes and recharge or swap batteries along the way. This extensive round route leads from Bad Schönau to Bad Erlach and back again. The green marked connecting paths enable a continuous route from numerous smaller routes.

Route description E-bike day tour through the Bucklige Welt
We start our route in Bad Schönau. We ride on the Panoramaroute and follow the dark blue marking on the street. After about 1 kilometer, we turn left and follow the marked path. After about 8 kilometers, we briefly join the Rosengarten route, which is marked in red. After about 1 kilometer, we turn left and follow the connecting path to the Windrad route. Connecting paths are marked in green. We ride about 7 kilometers via Thal and Feichten towards Lichtenegg. We reach the Windrad route and follow the light blue marking on the ground. After about 4 kilometers, at Kaltenberg, we again join a green marked connecting path. We keep right and head towards Schlag. After about 2 kilometers, we reach the violet marked Hexen route. We follow the marking for about 10 kilometers through Thernberg to Bromberg. We again ride along a connecting path, following the green marking. After about 8 kilometers, near Pitten, we reach the KulTour route. This is marked in red. We follow the marking for about 10 kilometers through Bad Erlack and Walpersbach to Klingfurth. For about 5 kilometers, we again follow a connecting path marked in green. Now we come to the Fernblick route, which is marked in yellow. Here, we ride a small loop. We turn left onto Brennt. At the end of the street, we turn left again onto Hollerbergstraße and then left again onto Alm. Thus, we follow the Fernblick route until we reach the St. Anna route. We ride through Hochwolkersdorf and follow the dark blue marking. We follow the route for about 10 kilometers and reach Wiesmath. Here, we continue on the connecting path to the Wetter route. We arrive at Hollenthon and follow the dark orange route through Spratzeck and Neumühle to Blumau. We follow the green marked connecting path to the Rosengarten route for about 3 kilometers. At Stang, we turn left and follow the red marking. We ride through Lembach to Kirchschlag in der Buckligen Welt. Then, we return to the dark blue marked Panoramaroute and follow it until we arrive back in Bad Schönau.

Coming from Vienna or Graz, take the A2 to the Krumbach exit and then follow the B55.

Parking spaces are available at the Bad Schönau municipal office.
