Brief description

Pleasant, low-traffic, and shady walk along the Tiefenbach Au from Bad Schönau towards Krumbach.

Description

The village square in Bad Schönau is the ideal starting point for hikes and walks. Here you will also find the tourist information, and due to the central location, you can reach the route's starting point from various hotels and accommodations in Bad Schönau. The walk is especially suitable for families with children or hikers with lower fitness because of its low difficulty and not too long walking time. Initially along the Zöbernbach and then for most of the way through the Tiefenbach Au, you are surrounded by nature and accompanied by the babbling of the streams. The path to Tiefenbach is a pleasant, almost flat, low-traffic, and shady walk. At the end of the path in the Krumbach village area, there is a dining option, the Buchegger inn, with a children's playground, homemade bread, and freshly caught trout from their own breeding.
